Psychologists now believe fledgling psychopaths can be identified as early as kindergarten. The hope is to teach these children empathy before it’s too late.
This is the scariest thing I have ever read! Sociopathology is something I’ve always found interesting, and when that cold detachment is found in children, it freaks me out.
I’ve seen a few posts around tumblr in which women detail their abortion experiences. I’ve had two, and while I’m not exactly secretive about it, I don’t introduce myself with, “Hi, I’m Tina and I had an abortion.” Not so much an icebreaker as a dealbreaker, ykwim? So, I’ll do it here.
